jak zrobić OMLET – szybki przepis
Składniki:
– trzy jajka rozmiar M
– garść czarnych oliwek
– 6 pomidorków cherry
– oregano, pieprz, świeża bazylia, łyżka oleju
Przepis:
1. Jajka utrzepać widelcem.
2. Pomidorki i oliwki pokroić na połówki.
3. Na patelni rozgrzać olej, wrzucić warzywa.
4. Wylać na patelnię ubite jaja.
5. Doprawić suszonym oregano i pieprzem.
6. Przykryć na moment pokrywką.
7. Ściągnąć pokrywkę, przyłożyć w miejsce pokrywki talerz, odwrócić patelnię do góry nogami, zrzucić omleta na talerz.
8. Posypać posiekaną świeżą bazylią.
9. Zajadać!
